We are a professional, American owned buying agency and packing and shipping company, established in northern Thailand near the city of Chiang Mai since 1987. This means clients can to us come to us,get help in buying the goods they want to export and we take care of the rest including paying the invoices, doing the inspections, packing, documents, arranging shipment with a bost line and catalog all that you bought.

    I moved here from the usa in 1984. I spent the first two years teaching english with limited success. Then I began to help friends buy goods to ship back home and it grew to friends of friends and then it escalated into a real business. The first couple of years were very lean and I worked alone without any staff. Sometime in 1990 I hired my first secretary and we grew steadily from there. For perhaps 5 years I had one or two staff and I was only a buying agent and I did inspections of goods and handled the money and made sure goods were packed and shipped on time. During this time period I had many problems with packers however doing their job properly [ things like sending documents on time, attaching "made in thailand" stickers and generally making sure goods were collected and packed. ] It was at this time that I formed my own packing company.

    We stress proper packing and on time shipments as well as getting documents sent to the broker or customer. These things are important. Also at about this time we started warehousing and wholesaling pottery from northeast thailand.

    In 1999 I began to finish wood products and we did this successfully for about 18 months. But because it took time away from my core businesses as a buying agent and running a packing company I sold off the wood business so I could concentrate on expanding the agent business.

    Presently our office staff numbers 8 and we have 20 people in various jobs insuring that your shipment is packed, labeled and shipped properly
